Stilbenes is the category you can find a chemical compound like Resveratrol. Perhaps you are familiar with the fact that grapes are a widely used source of resveratrol. (any type of grapes, whether seedless or seeded) make resveratrol. Stilbene is perfectly natural, produced by plants that have been injured or are under stress.

Food products with grapes usually contain Resveratrol. Resveratrol comes in wines and juices. By eating preserves, cranberries and blueberries, you will get your daily intake of resveratrol.

And yet, the French are not associated with having cardiac illnesses. (While French men may be linked with dramatically elevated cancer incidence, the same is not true of heart disease) This is what is so intriguing: France is known as a heart healthy nation, nevertheless. And the only logical explanation here would be that resveratrol had been very efficient in protecting their hearts from irreversible damage. The same principle applies to individuals who get their resveratrol from food supplements; it’s basically the same thing. A stronger immune system and less tissue irritation is likely to result from taking resveratrol.

How to obtain your daily ration of resveratrol
The easiest way of doing this is getting a resveratrol supplement If you don’t have the practice of drinking, you can take more wine in a week? Grape products that have the lowest amount of resveratrol are white wine and rose wine. More resveratrol is present in darker colored alcohol because it has been in contact with grape skin longer. If red wine doesn’t suit your tastes, try red grape juice. (or sparkling juice)

Can you believe even peanuts have resveratrol? One cup of raw peanuts can give you 0.26 milligrams of the resveratrol substance. However, once the peanuts are boiled, their resveratrol level is elevated to an amazing 1.28 mg per cup. You can also eat grapes, but you won’t be getting that much resveratrol.
