Reporting to the Assistant Director of Engineering, the Engineering Manager shall lead and motivate a team of Assistant Engineers and Technicians in the day to day operations, ensuring compliance with local regulations and hotel’s standards of operations.
- Degree in Electriacal Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years experience in field supervision in the area of design/installation of M&E services
- Ability to maintain and oversee the upgrading of the hotel’s electrical distribution network
- An effective communicator with strong leadership qualities
